Rental Details.
A non-refundable deposit of half of the rental fee is due at the time of booking to reserve date.
Second half of the rental fee due 30 days before event. A $300.00 cleaning deposit check is due at the time of booking. This check will be returned at completion of the event, if the cleaning requirements are met.

Uniformed Security is required for parties of 50 or more with alcohol present, and will have authority to remove persons for misconduct.
​
All food must be provided by a licensed caterer. A caterer’s kitchen available, but no food will be prepared on-site.
Alcohol sold must be by a licensed bartender. Alcohol provided by the party must be served by persons 21 years old who is not an invited guest.
​
No glass bottles or red wine in the venue.
​
A weekend event must conclude and all guests gone by midnight, final clean up and all personal items removed by midnight. (per hour extended packages available)
​
Facilities Use Contract will be signed at time of booking.
